No, there is no need to install anything on your computer to. Field Manager has been built as a web-application from the very beginning and is therefore tailored for the flexibility and speed this enviroment offers.

There are 3 user roles in Field Manager, but we separate between projects and organizations.

For organizations you can be:
Admin
Viewer

For projects you can be:
Admin
Editor
Viewer

The difference between them is mainly that you have to be an Admin or an Editor to upload data into a project.
