You cannot use Field Manager directly without an internet connection, but you can export your data to KML/KMZ to view your locations in google earth when you know you will have poor internet connection.

No, there is no need to install anything on your computer to. Field Manager has been built as a web-application from the very beginning and is therefore tailored for the flexibility and speed this enviroment offers.

There are 3 user roles in Field Manager, but we separate between projects and organizations.

For organizations you can be:

• Admin

• Viewer

For projects you can be:

• Admin

• Editor

• Viewer

The difference between them is mainly that you have to be an Admin or an Editor to upload data into a project.
